Return of goods within 14 days Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".
For a period of 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, it is possible to issue a return of goods under the conditions: the product was not in operation;
all the seals and labels are saved;
integrity of the package and packaging is not compromised;
saved document confirming payment;
the product does not belong to the list of goods of inadequate quality, the return of which is limited by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (resolution of March 19, 1994 No. 172) ....
